Script Solutions (or Script Solution Conversion) refers to the practice of offering relevant OTC products alongside prescriptions to better serve patient health needs.

Script Only Sales (AKA Naked Scripts) are defined as transactions where one or more prescription products have sold without a retail product.

To calculate the SOS percentage in your store, use the formula:

Script Only / (Script Only + Scripts & Retail)

• Transactions containing retail-only products are not used in the formula.
• A transaction containing multiple scripts only counts once, as it represents a single opportunity to upsell.
